Hotel Description

This 3 star camping village surrounded by the peaceful Jesolo pine forest is the right choice for families, big or small, and groups of friends looking for traditional holiday village services with the extra freedom of accommodation with a kitchen. With its beachfront location and its pool set amid the greenery, this campsite is perfect if you love outdoor holidays in a natural setting. The campsite has an excellent restaurant and an entertainment team offering a full range of daytime and evening activities like sports tournaments, games, creative workshops and shows.

Pets are not allowed.

Accomodation Description

The approximately 24 sq.m comfort rooms accommodate 2 adults and 1 child and consist of:

  • room with double bed
  • kitchen with fridge, gas hob, pots, pans and utensils
  • private bathroom with shower, bidet and courtesy kit

The mobile home “Lodge” accommodate up to 4 adults and consist of:

  • 1 double bedroom
  • 1 bedroom with a single bed and a loft bed with side rail (in some units there are two single beds on the floor)
  • Living room with kitchenette
  • 1 bathroom with shower cabin
  • Large veranda

The approximately 50 sq.m apartments accommodate up to 6 adults and consist of:

  • living room with sofa bed (140cm)
  • 2 rooms
  • kitchen with fridge, gas hob, pots, pans and utensils
  • private bathroom with shower, bidet and courtesy kit

Services included in both accommodation types are:

  • WiFi in communal campsite areas
  • Cleaning prior to arrival
  • Towels
  • Air conditioning
  • Set of sheets (beds not made up)

The apartments and double rooms are located on the first and second floor without lift of the building at the entrance to the village, with no balcony.

Distance from Caribe Bay

The camping village is about 10 km from Caribe Bay and can even be easily reached on public transport.

Arrival

Check-in can be done from 5 PM but the village services are available from the morning. Check-out is by 10 am, but the village services are available until the evening.

Upon arrival, it is necessary to show the booking voucher received by e-mail and a valid identity document of each guest, even a minor, for registration at the facility. The price indicated is for the entire stay and is inclusive of VAT. It does not include the tourist tax to be paid directly at the hotel upon arrival.

Tickets

The package purchased includes one ticket per person valid to visit the park on 2 days, also non-consecutive.

Tickets will be emailed to you with your hotel/campsite booking voucher and must be presented at the Caribe Bay ticket office, also in digital format. Children under 100 cm tall do not require a ticket to enter the park and will therefore not receive a ticket by email.

In any case, the advance purchased ticket in the package does not guarantee access to the Park which depends on the maximum daily admissions imposed by the Authorities and the selection carried out by Park Management and as referred to in Art. 6 of Caribe Bay Regulations. The Management reserves the right to block or limit Park entry at its discretion, also but not solely, to ensure maximum authorized visitor numbers are not exceeded.

 

Sun umbrellas in the Park

Sun umbrellas in the Park, with safe box and two sun loungers, are not included in the Park + Hotel package, but are available for Visitors upon payment of a daily tariff, subject to limited availability.

The ticket purchased in advance in the package means you can hire one sun umbrella for one date only online via the www.caribebay.it website up until 10pm on the day before your visit. Sun umbrella availability is limited. We strongly recommend advance booking.

Cancellation policy

In the event of withdrawal/cancellation of the booking, the following penalties shall be applied, calculated on the basis of the withdrawal notification date:

 

Best Price Rate

  • within 28 days before arrival date - penalty is 50% of package price excluding park entrance tickets;
  • from the 27th day of the booking date up to 14 days before arrival date - penalty is 75% of package price excluding park entrance tickets;
  • 13-0 days before arrival date - penalty is 100% of package price.

 

Standard Price Rate

  • within 28 days before arrival date - no penalty excluding park entrance tickets;
  • from the 27th day of the booking date up to 14 days before arrival date - penalty is 50% of package price excluding park entrance tickets;
  • from the 13th day of the booking date up to 7 days before arrival date - penalty is 75% of package price excluding park entrance tickets;
  • 6-0 days before arrival date - penalty is 100% of package price.

 

In compliance with the Code of Tourism, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the tourist package contract within five days of completing the contract. For offers with discounted tariffs, the right of withdrawal without penalty is excluded.

These penalties EXCLUDE the cost of the tickets purchased in the package. The cost of the non-refundable tickets will be retained in all cases. The tickets can still be used by the named holders throughout the park opening season. 

Entry tickets purchased for the Park CANNOT be refunded as, once issued, they can no longer be cancelled due to explicit regulations set by the competent authorities. However, they remain valid for the entire opening season of the Park and can therefore be used by the Traveller at a later date.

If you intend to withdraw from/cancel only your excursion booking, the abovementioned penalties will be applied to the cost of the excursion, calculated on the basis of the tariff selected and date you communicate your cancellation. 

Change of Booking

Once the service has been purchased, it is necessary to promptly notify CARIBE BAY, who provides the Customer Care on behalf of BEL MONDO S.R.L., of any changes or variations to the booking by sending an email to booking@caribebay.it and specifying the voucher number (which can be found on the voucher itself) to which the booking refers.

Although not being obliged to accept any changes to the booking already made, any request for variations related thereto shall be subject to verification by the Organizer, who shall not therefore be able to guarantee the effective satisfaction of the partner tourist facilities. For any changes made to the booking notified up to 14 days prior to the arrival date, BEL MONDO S.R.L., at its own discretion and however subject to availability, shall endeavour to satisfy the request. Changes notified in the fourteen days prior to the arrival date cannot and shall not be taken into consideration and the traveller shall only have the right to fulfil the requested and agreed service. For any change to the booking, requested at least fourteen days prior to the arrival date, an administration fee of € 35.00 per room will be charged, with the exception of the following cases:

 

  • increase to the number of nights and/or participants without changing hotel facility;
  • purchase of extra entry tickets to the Park.

 

Again if you pay a handling fee, you can change the name of your booking to the name of another person who satisfies all the conditions for using the service, if you communicate this to the email address booking@caribebay.it by 3 days at the very latest prior to the start of the package and/or the service, indicating the complete details of the person replacing them and as long as the services themselves or other replacement services can be provided following the replacement.

The transferor and the transferee are jointly responsible for the payment of any balance of the price, and for any fees, taxes and additional costs, including therein the administration and management fees for the booking, resulting from such transfer.
