Exclusions - The package price does not include the tourist tax of 2,70 € per person per night to be paid in cash upon arrival directly to the hotel.

Anything not expressly specified as "included" in the previous sections is also excluded. 

Additional, optional, and paid services are available, such as:

• Extra baby (0-2 years), if not declared at the time of booking: 25 € per day (with or without crib)
• Equipped beach at the hotel: 22 €per day per spot. The spot is assigned from the third row and does not include beach towels. Service is subject to availability, to be reserved at check-in.

• Pool:
• 2 loungers and 1 beach umbrella: 15 € per day without beach towels
• 1 sun lounger: 6 € per day (beach towels not included)

The optional services are to be requested and paid for at the hotel.

Set directly on the beach and in a central area, this hotel offers a beachfront pool surrounded by a garden where guests can relax. Breakfast buffet is included, while the terrace bar with a sea view is available for enjoying a cool drink or a tasty snack. Caribe Bay is a few minutes' walk.

All rooms are equipped with:

The hotel is 700 m from Caribe Bay and can be easily reached by foot.

Check-in is from 2:00 pm onwards. Check-out is by 10:00 am.

Upon arrival, you will need to show the vouchers you received via e-mail and a valid physical form of identification for each guest, including minors, to register at the hotel.

Accepted forms of identification are:

Documents must be presented as originals and not photocopies or digital copies.
The following are examples of documents NOT considered valid: tax code, residence permit or other permits issued by the municipality or other entities.

NOTE: Access to the hotel will not be allowed without a valid form of identification.

The price shown is for the full duration of the stay and includes VAT. The daily tourist tax is not included and will be paid directly at the hotel.

Entry information
The purchased package includes one ticket per person valid for two entrances, including non-consecutive days. Tickets will be sent via email together with your hotel vouchers. They must be presented at the Caribe Bay ticket office and may be presented in digital format. For children under 100 cm, tickets will not be issued, and they may simply show up with their families at the Park.

Umbrellas / Gazebo rental information at the Park

Gazebos and umbrellas, available for rental inside the Park, are not included in the Park + Hotel package but are charged an extra cost per day, subject to availability.

With pre-purchased package tickets, you can rent one umbrella or gazebo for one day only directly at www.caribebay.it by 10:00 pm on the day prior to your visit. To rent an umbrella or gazebo for a second day, you must use the bar code of another ticket holder in your group.

Umbrellas are available while the supply lasts. We strongly advise guests to book them in advance.

• within 28 days before arrival date - penalty is 50% of package price excluding park entrance tickets;
• from the 27th day of the booking date up to 14 days before arrival date - penalty is 75% of package price excluding park entrance tickets;

• from the 27th day of the booking date up to 14 days before arrival date - penalty is 50% of package price excluding park entrance tickets;
